But when, as my dad would say, a "sh_t salesman with a mouth full of samples" loses the only good tool in his small toolbox, is that a bad thing? I think we simply get a greater revelation of truth and a liar is exposed. A light begins to glow in the minds of those once deceived.
Put a fork in this presidency. Leadership is gonna have to come from somewhere else and soon because we cannot wait until January of 2013 to get some. Real Americans never look to Washington for help, so I guess we've all gotta roll up our sleeves and grab those bootstraps. America's greatness lies in Americans not politicians.
Jesus told his followers to love their enemies - to bless those who curse us. Of all the things we might endeavor to accomplish, that has to be the most difficult thing we can ever do. The Glenn Becks and the Rush Limbaughs have all done a great job at showing us the problems. What we really need now is a plan of action - a battle plan if you will - with victory as the goal, not endless fighting. Yes, the fighting and the endless punditry can make a man or a television network very wealthy, but can it heal a sick nation?
The mission before us doesn't start with supporting a certain political action committee, or with tea parties or grassroots activism. It might end there, but we have to begin where our forefathers did - on our knees, humbly asking our Creator for His support in our time of tribulation and warfare. Otherwise, we simply labor in vain.
We must embark upon a revolution once again - not one fought on the ground - but one fought in the hearts and minds of those we call our neighbors.
